Do I have to pay transport costs?

For orders smaller than €295 a transport cost will be charged. For deliveries in the Netherlands and France, the free amount will be increased to €350 and €650 respectively. You can find more information in the general terms and conditions.
The calculation of the transport cost depends on the weight and volume of your order. If it is advisable to use a pallet for the shipment of your goods within Belgium, the transport cost per pallet will be +30 euro. If, however, your order can be sent via a colliver in cardboard boxes, the cost will be +-9 euro per box.
Of course, we always opt for the best solution. The cardboard boxes are subject to certain criteria regarding weight (max 30kg) and size (max 3m). Moreover, it is not recommended to ship fragile goods in this way. 99% of the goods can be shipped this way. There is, however, a small group of products for which specific transport possibilities have to be found. For example; kennel panels and very large aquariums.
